If you travelled with a delegation,be sure to ask for the assigned hotel room number after check-in and break out to individual room, after break out and this will be the critical time for boss and his staffs to communicate and coordinate some initial preparations, if you forget this, that will take a plenty of time to look and find where others are, so use the business card of the hotel you live, and take the room/telephone number for each one, or at least essential members first, give your boss first, and soon make some copies and dissemate to others to follw up at the front desk, it will help you, at least you guys will meet in the lounger bar to have beer faster!!
