What's "Contents" in a briefing slides?

In a Powerpoint file, the second slide usually is "Contents", in this slide, the briefer have to quick introduce the main concern and focus or dtail subtitle of the topic.

How to make the contents of a situational briefing

When make a briefing, if the topic is an incident, I think it's necessary to provide back ground information or historical data, and detail review of the 6W of this insident, and what's the relative significance and international response and future possible development trend, of course add a summary before wrap up.
